  1. Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip

    1 (10 oz) box frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained & roughly chopped
    1 cup shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
    10 oz prepared Alfredo sauce
    4 oz softened cream cheese

    i. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    ii. Combine ingredients & spread in a small baking dish
    iii. Bake for 25-30 minutes
    iv. Serve with chips or bread
